Blood’s Penny Post Local 15L15 with No.11 70R2L 1854 Philadelphia APS Expertzd – the color is hard to capture with the computer screen – it is more brown then plum. Envelope is small measuring about 3 x 5 inches. Back of envelope has small tear at flap – stamps are upside down on envelopes – and cancelletion is dated September 16th but no year is evident.
