Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Multi Heart Drop Necklace – 16″ length – hallmarked .925 Italy – 3 dangling hearts – one open and two solid. dangles down 3 inches. We have polished and cleaned and it is ready to wear or gift. Comes with a small Tiffany pouch. This came out of an estate and was purchased many years ago – I do not believe they make this piece any longer.
