Heirloom 2 carat Engagement ring Redesign with your stones Gold/Platinum

Recently had the honor of recreating an engagment ring that was from the early 1900s filigree in platinum but it was literally falling apart from its age and being so lovingly worn a lot!   Customer preferred 18KT  yellow gold so we recreated it and used some of the platinum to set the old minor cut diamond in a platinum bezel.  Small surprise diamonds glitter the mounting on both sides inside the filigree.  Romantic! We finished it softening the filigree so it resembled the ‘worn’ look that she liked yet all aspects were created in a thickness that will last for many many years.  From one heirloom to another!

The price listed is a target price for the ring complete in 18KT and platinum with an approx. 2 carat old mine diamond.  Obviously the price will be different if you are supplying diamonds and metal or want a smaller or larger center stone.
